I developed this while coding TychoMud?, and other C++ projects.

I couldn't have done it without the following books and articles which gave me a clue.

• Brian W. Kernighan and P. J. Plauger, The Elements of Programming Style - McGraw-Hill 1978
• Steve McConnell, Code Complete - Microsoft Press 1995
• Vision 2000 CCS Package and Application Team, Coding Standards for C, C++, and Java - NASA 1996
• And obviously from wading through tons of unnamed authors source code both good and bad.
